Terms and Conditions of Booking

Reservations
The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount of the stay, to be paid at the time of booking using the payment methods accepted on the website. The remaining balance must be paid directly on the day of check-in.

Cancellation
Free cancellation is not available for reservations made through our website. In case of cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded. If you wish to take advantage of more flexible cancellation policies, you can use platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb, where free cancellation is available according to their respective conditions.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is generally available from 5:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific needs regarding arrival or departure times.

House Rules
Dear guests, please note that it is not permitted to bring animals, organize parties or events, or smoke any type of cigarettes inside the accommodation. We also ask you to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure everyone's peace and comfort. The maximum number of guests allowed is 2 people, and it is not permitted to carry out promotional filming inside the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Liability and Security Deposit
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. A security deposit may be held on your credit card and will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage is found.

Prices and Taxes
The prices indicated on the website include VAT where applicable. The city tax, if required, must be paid on site according to local regulations.

Privacy
Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR), exclusively for purposes related to the booking and stay.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law. For any disputes relating to the booking and stay, the court of the place where the property is located will have jurisdiction.
